At Loch and Stock we use sashimi grade Scottish Salmon from Westeross. 

The salmon is hand reared and fed without pesticides and RSPCA and Kosher certified.

Its then dry cured and smoked here in Twickenham with salt and soft brown sugar to give a delicious rich and buttery smooth taste.

It's why its won awards at Great Taste, three years running, earning two stars in 2019.
